U.S. Pretrial Services for the District of New Jersey offers this class to defendants and their families to help reduce fear, stress, and anxiety associated with the sentencing.
By providing general information about the sentencing process, the Bureau of Prisons, and the U.S. Probation Office, we hope to reduce the level of anxiety, fear, and confusion experienced by defendants and their family members.
Please note that U.S. Pretrial Services cannot predict or guarantee the actual outcome of any case, Bureau of Prisons designation, or experience.
